John is a leadership search practitioner and HR consultant and advisor, with two decades of experience helping Canadian companies attract, retain, and inspire employees committed to their vision and purpose. Living in the west end of Toronto with his wife and three young boys, John’s connection to the Ontario wilderness and its extraordinary variety of hiking, biking, and backcountry canoe routes presents an inspiring reprieve to hectic city life. John frequently consults with environmentally-minded non-profits and private sector clients through his search and advisory practice, and joined the Board of Directors of Leave No Trace Canada in 2023. He’s committed to advancing awareness, respect, and reverence for the wild places we hold dear to ensure they are protected for today and future generations.
